Item arrived with flimsy packaging considering the fragile glass included. The front dapper portion had a few exiguous scratches and defects/rough edges in the sad powder coat attain. The top glass had a 3 shuffle chip defect of the true front corner that had clearly been "buffed" at the factory rather than discarding it as "contaminated". The middle glass had scratches on the under surface dusky do due to the 3 glasses sliding in transit. This is due to insufficient packing between the fragile glass pieces.
No dilemma getting a replacement unit sent out, other than encourage order delay.
The replacement unit also had scratches on the front clean but the powder coat was okay, and there were no glass flaws, so I "touched up" the effect flaws and assembled the fresh stand.
None of the reviews to this point have suggested a QC pickle by the manufacturer. I maintain the befriend orders caused a run in production, or the manufacturer is using a current plant which has QC issues. No matter, because although the stand looks noble and does its job, I can't recommend it unless you have plenty of patience and have no alternate choices.
We found this on Amazon for about 2/3rds of the cost at a local vast box electronics store. It had free shipping and was delivered mercurial and in top-notch condition. It situation up easily and is satisfactory looking and sturdy. No complaints.
I got this stand a month ago, easy to assemble and looks expansive. It came in perfect condition, no complaints so far.
